Returns for damaged items
If your goods arrive damaged please let us know as soon as possible, the return of damaged goods must be requested within seven days of you receiving your purchase.
In the case of Damaged or faulty Goods, a detailed photograph can help us to determine The best way we can help you, Please include one when you email or write to us.
Returns for change of mind
We encourage you to choose carefully from our collection and remind you we are always here to help you find the right Item and were happy to talk to you to about the most suitable purchase(s) for your home, gift(s) or personal selection.
Returns for change of mind must start within 14 days of the date of shipment
Please note Grandma Funk does not offer a refund for change of mind, However, we may offer a credit voucher or exchange.
In the case of change of mind returns the exchange or credit will not include the cost of shipping and handling charges, and these could be charged at the time of return or deducted from a credit voucher or the exchange value should we decide to offer one.
The exchange or credit voucher will be issued when Grandma Funk receives the goods in their original condition, this must include original packaging where applicable and be within the 14-day return period
Grandma Funk will not accept the return of Items from the following categories for a change of mind under any circumstances.
